Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. After your order is processed you should receive your tracking information right away.

When will my order arrive?

Because of our free worldwide shipping options. Shipping times vary by location. Here are the average estimates:

Order tracking:

You will get tracking number by email after order has shipped (up to five business days after order confirmation). Here (https://cutebagofficial.com/pages/tracking) you can track orders online.

To return your product, you should contact us at kitchen@dhammarekkhita.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

End of January to Early February Orders

After the holidays we take a little time to ourselves. We are still open for business and will continue to process orders as they come, however with limited staff on at any given moment there will be a delay in getting orders processed and sent to our warehouses.

Also keep in mind that our warehouses are in multiple countries including China and they are currently celebrating their new year. Any portion of your order that will be dispatched from our China warehouse may be delayed in getting processed due to their holiday. We ask for your patience and Thank you for your order!
